I’ve been playing with OpenClaw and raising my lobster for almost a week now. I’ve already spent $100 on APIs, plus a Mac mini. Total spoiled child 😭
I’m curious what everyone else uses their lobster for. Most of what I’ve seen is personal daily-schedule sites or private journals and the like, with lots of apps and skills built. So I’d love to know: is anyone doing something wild and cool?
I used OpenClaw to build a team of C-level AI agents, each with a different job. For example, I can send a meeting recording to the AI over Telegram, and after a while it uses NotebookLM to turn it into a podcast, slides and meeting notes, then sends me the audio file or links. I’ve packaged this as a skill, but I’m still optimizing it.
This makes it really easy to summarize meetings. Next I want to connect it to Linear to manage todos in one place, and keep a single source of truth locally, so different agents share an aligned standard.
My CTO agent also manages Claude Code, Lovable, Devin and so on for me. I’m still thinking about how best to optimize this multi-agent architecture. Having read a bit about OpenClaw’s philosophy, it looks like it needs some modification to implement well.
There’s so much more I want to try, which I’ll share later. It’s just that the API burns through money~ Any sponsors out there 🤣
So how do you raise your lobster: frugally or lavishly?
